Privacy on this website
Last updated: 8 October 2026. This policy covers the 81percent website, not data processing inside individual apps. Apps will have separate privacy notices. This website currently runs exclusively as a local development instance on the operator’s computer and has not been published on STRATO.

Website requests and server logs
When you visit, the web server processes your IP address and technical request information, including the time, requested address, HTTP status, amount of data transferred and, where supplied, browser identification and referring page. This information serves to deliver the website, diagnose errors and prevent abuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is maintaining a secure, functioning website. The website cannot be delivered without the technically necessary connection information.
Local operation and retention
During local development, Docker stores server logs on the operator’s computer. Automatic time-based deletion of these development logs is not currently configured; they are removed when the development environment is cleaned up. The operator has access. STRATO currently receives no requests to this local website. Before public deployment, this policy will be updated to describe the actual hosting operation, its recipients and applicable logging and deletion periods.
Cookies and website features
No language cookie is set; the address you visit determines the language. There is no visitor registration, commenting, analytics or advertising tracking. The website uses system fonts available on your device. Website pages contain no embedded external videos, maps or social media widgets.
Protected administration area
WordPress uses cookies on the login page and in the protected administration area to check cookie support, authenticate administrators and remember interface settings. These functions concern the operator and authorised administrators. Login cookies generally last for the session, or up to 14 days when “Remember me” is selected; settings cookies may last up to one year. Processing supports secure operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where access to the device is necessary for an explicitly requested login, it is based on Section 25(2), number 2, of the German TDDDG.
Contact by email
If you write to admin@81percent.de, I process your email address, message and information you supply, such as your name, attachments and transmission details, to answer your enquiry. Please provide only the information needed and never send passwords. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is handling your enquiry. The email services involved are used for transmission and storage. Messages are deleted when the enquiry is resolved and they are no longer needed for further correspondence or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Where a statutory retention obligation applies, the necessary retention is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Apps and account deletion requests
No app account deletion forms are currently enabled on this website, so no deletion requests are accepted through a website form. Before such a feature is offered, information about account identification, ownership verification, recipients and retention will be added to the relevant app page and privacy notices. The website does not automatically access app databases.
External links
Opening an external link takes you away from this website. The destination’s operator is responsible for its data processing and its own privacy notice applies.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability (Articles 15–20 GDPR). Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. To exercise your rights, contact admin@81percent.de.
Right to object
You may object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (Article 21 GDPR). Processing will then stop unless there are overriding compelling legitimate grounds or processing is needed for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Complaints and automated decisions
You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority, particularly in the country of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement. In North Rhine-Westphalia this is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information North Rhine-Westphalia. This website does not use automated decision-making, including profiling.
